Having a healthy family is more than just making sure that they’re physically fit, it also means caring for their emotional well-being. Quality time as a family can help everything from puppies with anxiety to kids with low self-esteem, so it’s definitely worth it. Whether it’s an hour each day or dedicated time on the weekends, try to find time to do enjoyable things with your family.
